“GRPHTE Artifacts”, “GRPHTE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website. “You”, “your” and “customer” refer to any person accessing the website or purchasing our products.

If you are purchasing a product on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to an obvious technical or clerical error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected product(s).

An automated order confirmation or payment acknowledgement does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of the order.

An order is considered accepted only when we issue an order confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm dispatch/fulfilment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

the product is unavailable;
there is an obvious pricing or listing error;
payment cannot be verified;
the order appears fraudulent or unauthorised;
the delivery address is incomplete, invalid or inaccessible;

Where we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment method, subject to applicable law.

We do not retain complete payment-card information. Payment processing may be handled by independent third-party payment service providers and is subject to their applicable terms and policies.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Any delivery timeline displayed on the website is an estimate unless expressly stated as a guaranteed delivery commitment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil disturbances, government restrictions, carrier disruptions, incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts, or other force majeure events.

refund or re-shipment will be handled in accordance with our Shipping & Return Policy and applicable law.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping & Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

graphics;

layouts;
artwork;
software; and
other visual or creative material

is owned by or licensed to GRPHTE Artifacts unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, commercially exploited or otherwise used without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights embodied in, associated with or displayed through that product.

11. PRODUCT USE

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any care, safety or usage instructions supplied with the product.

GRPHTE Artifacts is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, failure to follow care instructions, normal wear and tear, or use outside the intended purpose.

Nothing in this clause limits a consumer’s statutory right to approach a competent consumer dispute redressal authority or other forum available under applicable law.

These Terms, together with the applicable product description, Refund Policy, Shipping & Return Policy, Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the terms governing your use of this website and purchase of products from GRPHTE Artifacts.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory right or remedy inconsistent with these Terms, that mandatory right or remedy shall prevail.
